The Story: We made this specialty craft beer for all of the strong Scottish Ale drinkers. It has been one of our best sellers for years which is why we keep bringing it back!

Best Food Pairings:  roast pork, smoked salmon, lamb, and wild game like pheasant or quail, a snack would include a smoked cheese like Cheddar, and for dessert, we recommend dark chocolate cake or anything that has toffee or caramel in it.
